Tiffany Gallagher

Tiffany Gallagher, Founder and Director

My journey with yoga began a few years after the birth of my son. As many do, I continued to struggle with my weight and the sense of self I derived from my physical being. I tried many different fitness avenues, all of which helped for a while, but failed to keep my attention. I knew nothing about yoga only that a small yoga studio opened in Liverpool. With a present of a gift certificate in 2004 my journey with yoga began.

Yoga has changed my life in many ways. The physical benefits speak for themselves, as I am 40 pounds lighter. But… the mental and emotional benefits are what have bound me to yoga for life.

babybe organics & yoga was born as a result of my love for motherhood, appreciation for the earth, and a loving nudge from Lisa Sarick of CNY Yoga Center in Syracuse, NY.

babybe organics

In a world that judges our children in every way, babybe borrows from yoga the philosophy that each of us is born perfect, each of us born with everything already within. We aspire to provide eco friendly, clean, and emotionally inspiring products. All of babybe’s apparel is 100% organic cotton and made in the USA.

babybe yoga

The intention is to teach mamas and their babies yoga, while providing a judgment free space that allows for each mother and child to experience a bit of peace each session.
